Can't patch

Whenever I try to patch, the "Updating Client" bar just sits there. It's stuck on 100kb/sec and doesn't go past 275kb/166MB. Is the patch server not working? My client doesn't seem to be downloading anything. Also, if I try and run on Admin mode (I have Vista) the client doesn't show up for me (only appears in the task manager).

    this happened to me as well. changing my screen resolution to 1024x768 fixed the problem where you can't get the patch to maximize from the task bar.

    during the patching process it froze up. I just shut the patcher down and restarted it. patch completed

    without issue.
