Looking for some Gamestop info pls.

I purchased the CE, at my local Gamestop, and wondered if anyone had a reasonable idea what Im looking at, in terms of, a client . I have the war mammoth key and book, but no early access info at all, and no software info at all yet.
Tried the forums here and at the official AOC site, and talked with gamestop. AOC forums are locked when I go, Havent seen anything here, and Gamestop knows nothing. E-Mailed cust suport at AOC, no responce yet.
I did read a thread at AOC about mounts not being available with key, but that seemed a little far fetched, yet has gotten me curious, so I come to you folks for the straight poop. Thanks y'all.

hmm. if your asking about not getting a early access key?(i didint rly understand the "main" question). I work at gamestop, but the Online store and the store store arent affiliated with eachother. If you ordered from in store you wont get any early access stuff. If you ordered from online, it would be different and I wouldnt know about it lol
My local gamestop locations have the pre-order keys in as of a couple days ago. You are supposed to be able to register them tomorrow (may 2nd) and play on the 17th. Downloads I think are mid-month

I ordered from the store in person. The manager originally told me that an automated service would call me in a few weeks with the key. Then, a few weeks later, I read here that keys were available in store. I called the store and the manager confirmed. So I went in and got my key.
I don't get it either. But I did get my key.
Ok The War mammoth key, and the book, are all I get till realease date, however, when the billing server is up I just use that key ( the war mammoth key) to register, at the site on the key, and then all info about how to download for earlly access and everything else will be there, Gamestop just called me back with this info.
Ive been pestering them and they researched it , as they had'nt been informed either. So all is well, and ty all for your help. Not being able to log in to that server, and the wild array of speculation had me going.
Oh and he said do that on the 17th, but Ill look every day, cant wait.
My local manager told me we wouldn't get a call for the keys but that we would for the game when it comes in (which is will supposedly be the 20th).
