Regarding the MMORPG AoC Beta Contest

Does any one know if the 300 beta keys in the contest, is the same beta as the Fileplanet one, with a level 13 cap, or are they "General Beta" keys, with no level cap?

    The sign up page does not mention Fileplanet at all, plus it says, and I quote:

    These keys will give you DIRECT access to the beta test and a download source straight from FunCom.
    Fileplanet open beta is downloaded from Fileplanet, and this one is supposedly to be downloaded from Funcom according to the quote, so I am assuming that those are closed beta keys we are talking about in this contest.
