Performance tip for folks in open beta

There are some things you can do to get your performance up that I have found, without killing your graphics quality too much, and one of them even improves visual quality.   These tips are coming based on my experiments on my rig which is a 8800gtx and a Intel Core 2 Duo 3.1ghz(6600 OCed)

Turn shadows setting to 'Characters Only'.  This is the single biggest thing you can do.

Turn Anti-Aliasing on...it increases performance!  Don't ask me why but it works.  This may not be true for older cards or cards with insufficient video memory.  I turned my Anti-Aliasing up to 16xQ, and gained 10 frames average.  It sounds crazy..but give it a try...

Cranking Antriscopic filtering up will not harm performance on most modern cards, this is common on almost all of the latest games however.

Low RAM systems should look at turning the viewable distance down if they are experiencing hitching

If you have a nice card, it should be safe to crank any other settings to MAX, with not much in the form of a performance hit.

I may have missed some things, so feel free to add to what I have listed.
