Trouble w/ download

I am one of the MMORPG.COM AoC OB key winners. I know, it doesn't make a difference now that Fileplanet is giving it away for free. At any rate, my estimated download time increased to a week after I paused it and then restarted it. I thought the downloader would be like SOE's, where if you close it out, you can start it over again and it will pick up where it left off. Boy was I wrong. I closed it out, clicked on the download link again and it is starting completely over. Talk about a waste of 12 hours. It would have been ready when I woke up, but now it won't be ready until Wed. morning.
