How good is Funcom Customer Service?

I just want to know from those experienced in using them as i have login issues with open beta and cant get any replies from them. I have emailed accounts, betaaccounts and customer service and got nothing but automated logged issue replies and have all but given up hope off getting to log in before open beta closes after the 10th. 3 days and no reply doesn't fill me with hope with my future paying account, i would have serious issues if this wasn't free, just bummed out for not getting to play after all the dload time and anticipation.

So can someone tell me if this is the norm from Funcom or just a team busy with prelaunch and my bad luck?

(No need for replies dissing the game and its issues, theres plenty of that on other posts)

    sorry to say it is kinda the norm, their CS kinda sucked in AO as well

    My god has horns.... nah, I don't think he is real either.

    Even if they are busy with the launch, They always should have a team on cs.

     

    So probably its the norm for them then isnt it.

    My Ao customer service experiences were completely opposite.   Everytime something happened in that game that required me to call for help, the person who always appeared had all the tools and resources to fix my problem.  In other games my experience would involve going through tiers of GMs and Guides just trying to find someone who had the power to get me unstuck.  Plus they had the ARK program where they would message you out of the blue once you were playing a few hours to see if you had any questions they could help answer for you.

    i can remember playing AO and having CS seek me out to ask how things were going and if I was having any problems. That was a first for me in ANY game.. hasnt happened in another game since either. So if AoC has similar CS Ill be a happy barbarian

    I am in the open beta, and had a authentication issue, and got a reply in about 2 minutes from a mod on the official forum which fixed my problem. Then I actually got stuck in the game behind a building, and sent a petition and got teleported back to town in about 5 minutes and asked if I had any other questions. So I'd say it's pretty good, not sure why your not getting a response, I would try the official forums.

    yes it used to be good (With arks) but it has taken a dump lately.

     

    and arks dont have all the solutions, if per say you required higher up help, then it got into longer and longer waiting periods.

     

    Arks are played volunteering help, the actual staff is not as helpful
