Problems with funcom log in???

I recently made my account for Age of Conan, with preorder key just to get my information in and when I went to check up on it later in the day it said my log in information was invalid and when I tried to get them to email me my information with account recovery I recieve nothing.......I was just wondering is anyone else having this problem. I would be really pissed if my account got lost somehow. After I payed for the head start thingy.

lol, anyone with actual help im stressin it atm.
Problem is the servers are down.. patcher says it will be a five hour down time for update, likely for the epic beta ending.
The best thing you can do with such a problem is to get in touch with Funcom directly:
community.ageofconan.com/wsp/conan/frontend.cgi
So that effects the account management site? If so thats a load off

The account management site is currently working fine for me. And as you say you tried earlier today, so the servers were not patching at that time.
I guess the only ones who will know for sure are Funcom themselves.
the servers being down should not affect the funcom site as I have logged in several times and registered 2 early access accounts during the down time with no problems. I would advise contacting funcom directly as was suggested above. on a side note the only way I was ever able to sign in with my OB account was to directly use the link in my welcome e-mail. every time I tried logging in from the funcom site it kicked me back with an invalid password message.

well I never recieved a welcome email or w.e, this explains alot but still waiting on a response on the email i sent them earlier today. I have also now put in another thing with the link above.
I haven't received a welcome message from my early access registration either. I was referring to the one I got from the fileplanet open beta regristration that I did on the 5th. good luck though I wish you the best.

heh, mind doing one thing for me. Logging out of the preorder account thing and back in. Maybe you can't reaccess them till the 14th or something.
