AoC won't run ....

After downloading the new patch and updating my files the Beta will no longer start up on my computer.
Everytime I try to run it, it just goes to the patcher page again and says I have updated files but will never actually start up.. did this happen to anyone else? and is there a fix?

ya it was happening to me today so i uninstalled it...i only played it for one day before the latest patch came out.
I just got it to run by going into my simpleconfig and changing it from dx10 to dx9, I guess ti doesn't support x10 till release.

Yes DX10 support has not been in for the Open Beta or PVP Weekend. I don't know why they didn't remove that option but if you check any of the troubleshooting forum tips it will warn you of it.
