What things do you want to see fixed at release or shortly after?

There are a few annoying bugs for me during the fileplanet beta (in no particular order of importance.)
Pleas feel free to comment or add/repeat on this list:
1) The PVP minigame score, which was supposedly fixed, was still bugged sometimes.
2) The hide ability was bugged
3) Swimming meant walking on the bottom of water
4) People that were disconnected or logged out still showed up in groups
5) The feat fixer in tortage caused a cutscene that forced me to have to kill the game
6) The ignore function only worked by adding a person as a friend
And what about annoyances that could be changed?
1) Pets should not be allowed in cities as they create unnecessary lag
2) The chat window got in my way -- I couldn't find a way to just remove it from my screen
3) The amount of time you can sprint is the same regardless of your stamina or class

I had some really random problems I'd like to see fixed although non were game stopping they were irritating, ruined my immersion or just plain crashed my game.
Settings did not save themselves upon exiting the game, I had to repeatedly set my helmet to stay hidden and alter my graphics and sound options.
Missing texture popups especially when looking at the main menu after first loading the game - only got this problem after the PVP patch. Plenty of randomly missing textures throughout also.
My ranger could not weild a dagger in her offhand, No idea why, she just wouldn't respond to attack commands at all if I wore one and also had no walking or fighting animations. Zip, my boyfriend had no problems with his.
My Herald of Xotli went bald each time she shape changed which could only be fixed by either unequipping and re-equipping my helmet of showing my helmet then re-hiding it again.
Double tapping forward for the stun bonus then attacking with my bow caused my character to port backwards a pretty fair distance.
Kept getting repeatedly kicked out of parties although I only experienced this when we were both assassins and hiding often, I don't know if this is related however.
Grey map, my map would spontaneously go grey and spontaneously fix itself again, it wasn't a loading or lag issue either as some time it took hours and various area changes to fix itself.
Chests and bags dropped from enemies would become unlootable, other people could still look them but I could not. I still wound up with the items eventually when someone else opened the bags and we rolled for them.
There were plenty other issues but I can't quite remember them right now. I also had issues with hide and swimming as already mentioned but the swimming one did not bother me it was rather useful for avoiding the gankers.
*Also I had issues with my particle effects not displaying which I then discovered was down to using the omega beta drivers, just a headsup for any one else that had the problem. It's not a bug and the official drivers work just fine, they even improved my FPS slightly.*
EDIT: Also problems with party life bars not updating properly and attack animations not showing. Whenver the attack animations did not work the enemies life bar did not update when they were damaged by my team mates. It essentially looked like nobody else was doing anything, they were just standing there and the creature was being hurt by only my hits. Then the enemy would just drop dead. I do not think this was lag spikes as my character reacted completely normally throughout and it happened continuously for half an hour or so at a time.
stability - kept freezing up. there may be other things but I spent more time changing out video drivers and defragging my files than I did playing the game just trying to get it to run

a way to lock all of you action bars
For sure if they don't fix that then there will be many unhappy customers. Its just so silly to have a game so dependent on almost twitch game play and then oops I just lost my whole action bar in the heat of battle. Ive tried just using keyboard but my stubby fingers hit to many keys at a time when the heat is on. If the Dev's don't you know darn tooting sure the Mod community will in a hurry. And from my understanding they will allow Mods like .....cough...Wow......cough.
I admit there were several times I was sprinting after someone trying to finish them off and realizing that shift(sprint) plus a number(attack) changes your action bar
To fix the Texture issue with the characters. I'm tired of seeing greatness, then moving the camera and then all the textures downgrade to crap.
That's it. I'm happy with the game. JUST FIX MY TEXTURES!
