I dont agree but I know what you feelin when you say that you like the game.

This is just my point of view:I dont like the game so much, the graphics arent that greaty atlough they are different then some mmorpg´s.

I do like the flying part of the game and really enjoy the freedom that you have in the world.

Overall I think it  is an OKEY game nothing special by me but as far as a good mmorpg goes. This is one of them.

    Keep it up guys.

Hi I just started playing this game last week and have totally fallen in luv with it, it's like a cross between guildwars and lineage2 with a dash of elder scrolls oblivion or gothic 2 or 3, with the added bonus of being totally free, if there is an ingame item shop I haven't seen it yet nor have I had a need to find one as well.

Luv the free roam and flying, I think the graphics are very nice and totally enjoyable to look at for long game sessions.

I would like to see more character races and classes, as well as mixed or multi-class choices, adding more weapons and armour choices at the beginning would be nice.

although I think the current weapons are a bit unbalanced, I get the impression that they really like big hammer type weapons in this game, I have notice that these weapons are always the most powerful weapons to use, (so far as I can tell) which is a bit annoying, e.g.; my female winged elf who has as much body mass as Paris Hilton, looks really cool with dual blade weapons, but if I really want her to have a good damage when she fights I would be better off giving her a hammer of some type, which looks really stupid, as these dual hammers look like they should drop her to the ground in a second and leave a nasty crater where she crashed landed,( observably  this is not going to happen in the game, but that is what it looks like should happen.)

So what I'm saying is they should get rid of the oversized novelty weapons and re-balance the damage, so a player can have a two handed battle axe that can do the same damage as a large war hammer, also more weapons choices, would luv to see my male winged elf priest carry a footman mace and shield.

This game has had a great start and far as I can tell, it's not perfect, but it defiantly is on the right track to becoming one of the best game available to date and it's free!

I just started playing this game earlier this morning, and well, I've got to admit - I'm really impressed so far.

Whenever I give a f2p game a try, I'm always initially expecting the worst: horrid graphics, linear pathing, ugly combat animations, lackluster music, and of course, sticky/bulky controls. Surprisingly though, PW didn't have any of these.

The controls are the best I've experienced since WoW (even better really) which was a real shocker for me at first lol. Normally, point and click is the only option you have in a game like this, so I was pleasantly surprised.

The graphics are spectacular from what I've seen so far. I mean, they could seriously rival many of the pay-to-play games imo. I spent literally around an hour or two just roaming around the world, exploring. Not to mention, even with the amazing graphics - at full quality settings - the game runs flawless on my mid-range computer.

As for the music, I actually stood in certain areas, just so I could listen to the music all the way through lol. There are some really amazing songs in the game, at least from what I've heard so far. Needless to say, I was really impressed with that area of the game too.

Of course, every game has something that kind of turns you off and PW is no different in that regard. I absolutely love the character customization in terms of aesthetics. I mean, you can make them look "exactly" how you want - total freedom. But, the class choices are so limited that it almost ruins the game completely for me =/. I really love to have variety in mmo's and well, there just isn't much at all in PW - unless there are more options later on that I'm not aware of? Please correct me if I'm wrong about this.

Anyway, overall, I was very, very impressed with many aspects of PW, and it's the first time that I've ever actually considered sticking with a f2p game. It's no doubt about the highest quality f2p out to-date, and if it only had more class variety, it would be the "perfect" world :p.

    I give it an 8/10.

Have you tried a winged elf yet?
    fantastic fun to play!
you can fly from level 1 onwards.
I agree about the classes and I'm hoping that the game opens up on this latter on, my char is only 8-9th level, I've come across monsters which could only be attacked by a player/s over level 52, so from this I'm guessing the game has still alot to give, if not then there is still hope thru future updates and patches.
    Things I would like to see happen in this game;
-I think this game would be better in the long run, if it had more race & class choices, better weapons and armour choices.
-I would like to have the ability to see the helmet I'm wearing.
    Some tips I've found;
-remember that you have about three days to re-edit your character after you created it, then it locks and you will have to make any new changes ingame,( don't know how yet, still learning)
-remember that it take 6days to delete a character from the character list, just to get a free character slot back.
-when in edit mode, you can hold down the right mouse button to spin the model faster than the arrow buttons.
My only fear for this game is that it becomes a pay to play game with a monthly sub fee.

I just wish there was low level guild or faction fighting. The GVG portion of the game needs lots of work in my opinion.

I like the world.I have three crafters at the moment. I just want the game to have some focus for me other thant xping forever.Thats why having housing..so I have a goal and can actually achieve something ...or having fighting for lower level players ...so you just don't "toil in the vineyards" endlessly.

I believe if you look on the website it does say that players can set up their own estates and territories, but I don't think you get to go inside and I don't know how to set it up.

I agree I think the game could do with a bit more depth and focus, a few internal maps, e.g.; castles and dungeons, etc.. wouldn't go a stray, a few more activities for players to team up with, I was thinking an Elfwing air race!

I would like to see some deeper quests or even a Champaign story or two.

I would also like to see the jumping toned down a bit, it's like there is no gravity on this world.

I'm not to worried about this game it already has a lot going for it, with plenty of scope for upgrades and add-on's.

Housing is in test on Chineese servers...so not far off me thinks. Would be nice though to have a North American server...and the guild wars turned into Faction wars and I could be there a LONG time

Factions are for over lvl 89, you choose "heaven" or "hell".

Housing and marriage are next patch.

To above poster: Heaven and Hell, from my understanding are just different aspects of skills you could learn. There isn't an actual "Heaven" and "Hell" faction battle - just different string of quests depending on your faction.

For example. A "Heaven" Elf Priest's resurrection skill has twice the range while a "Hell" Elf Priest's resurrection have only half the cast time.

The GVG in Perfect World is surprisingly complex - however, it is really reserved for the "end-game" guilds because of the numerous benefits that comes with it.

It's not bad - just the current MY version is 2342343243242 patches behind. They need to add in marriage and the homesteading aspect - because hoohoo....wait until you guys see those.

NPC's are in for both already.  As well as the items for the quest in relation to marriage.

Feather city has the housing NPC next to the Auction NPC.
