I believe our European friends are the only ones who can begin downloading now, us Americans have to wait until the 14th. Not sure why, but that's how Iread it.
i got my key from eb games made my account payed the 5 bucks says accounts open but nowhere to get the client

I have yet too recieve my email ... BUT i did log onto my Funcom account and their was the option to start downloading the client..woot!! downloading it now as i type this ..
I would check your account at funcom.. and i`ll bet that theirs an option in your account to start the download .. hope that helps..
Ohh,im in Canada so its just not the EU guys getting it now.. so are we .. i also just checked my email and still no word ..

I just got mine this morning, and started the download(300kb/s = 16hr dl). I am in the US so keep checking, I hate bit torrents they download so slow. On direct downloads I get around 800-1.2mb
. And yes I have my ports open, and no firewalls, etc.

I've gotten no mail yet either. When I log in register.ageofconan.com there is an option to "Purchase early access" but it only says
No upgrades available
This subscription is already upgraded to the maximum
And below that text is a picture of some sword and mammoth (wonder what happened to my rhino)

I got my preorder key from gamestop, and i recieved an email from them, however you do not need to recieve the email to begin downloading, if you log on to the account you created there may or may not be a link of the main page for you to begin downloading the game.
got mine on the 11th.

Downloaded it overnight, sitting on my comp waiting for updates on the 14th, and then its off to get ahead of everyone else on the 17th! woooooooooooo!!!
Only took 25 years for a good Conan related game to surface, but finally it has come, and yes it has been worth every second of the wait.

I have recieved my key from play.com...
i have singed up and registered the key but there is no where for me to download the client, where abouts is it?
P.S I take it you cant use the GB client?

I set up my account for early access a few days ago and today I recieved an email with the download link. However, I am waiting until tonight to download it as I am currently downloading 8gb of the cartoon series, 'Conan The Adventurer" which has about 86 episodes

No key here either, got my pre order from Funcom direct but didnt get a key as others have with the email. It says on my email there has been a delay with the key. Im getting a bit concerned now as the key should be comming direct from Funcom not a third party retailer. I have fired off a few emails but have received no reply, not too impressed with Funcom cust service at the moment. The wait is killing me lol.

Downloaded and almost done installing. Never got early access
Just preparing for the 20th.
I would like to thank you and everyone else that is downloading the client that doesn't need to for hogging up bandwidth. The game will be on those shiny disc things in your AoC box called DVD's. The download is for people who paid 5 dollars and pre ordered the game for early access.

ohh and to stay on topic I got my e-mail from funcom last night and I live in the US and registered my account last Friday. I am getting about 100kbs download speed 23% done.

My brother just called me up and told me he got an email from FC for downloading AoC. Man I am jealous. Anyway its 4 pm EST ont 5-12-08 and he got his so i am checking my inbox every half hour
Got mine today.
Heh just went to that registration link and it just keeps saying error hmmmm this is not the time to go into panic mode.
