I think this would be a good idea since they are limited with only 48vs48.Just have the leaders remain the game aways but the cannon fodder will have a queue system where you die you go to the end of the line waiting to be respawned.So even if their is a large guild if you die you have wait to join in on the action or hire mercs if you don't have enough people or have people waiting to respawn.

You probably will start caring when you play siege battles.Also this system would require people to work together since if you die you have to go to the end of the line and wait your turn to fight.
