processes running

in Age of Conan: Unchained

I've got XP and am wanting to trim my running processes down to the least  amount.  My system is good, but I want to squeeze every last bit out of it to run this game as well as possible.  However, I don't know what processes are doing what.  Does anyone know the names of the essential stuff.  It would be a great help in trimming down the rest.

    Kill everything it will let you, you cant kill most really critical ones. Maybe leve svchost ones running. You can kill even explorer and run the game with the run command from task manager.

    On the other hand, do not expect miracles, if you barely meet specs, this is not going to help you.
