I wouldn't have expected less from the average forum troll to start crying and whining about the Early Access delay!
Mind you all that FunCom is a Norwegian Company and that today is a National Holiday. Everyone here in Norway is celebrating, partying and getting drunk!
I was pretty suprised to see FunCom choose for this day to launch Early Access in the first place.
So, anyone who has been really drunk before, should know how hard it can be to find the light switch in the dark 
So give the guys at FunCom some time to figure out where they placed the servers again and to find the switch to turn on the Authentication server alright!

Why should they deserve a break, they failed to deliver end of story. As you all know history repeats itself so don't be surprised if this is an every day thing for a while. Im glad i cancelled my pre-order
I am already thrilled i got into the early acces. I waited for a long time for this game, so a few more hours delay is something i surely can live by.
3 hours till launch, i am positive.... exited...
And those trolls, you always have pathetic wezels running arround. It happens with every mmorpg.
I even see it in my warcraft guild which if this game will rock i will surely drop, where you have a few people trolling this game without any good comments. I just wonder why people would do that. In my wow guild arround 15+ are gonna play Conan. Thats 15 less raiders, meaning no raiding.... so i think thats a reason for people to troll a game already.

The disappointment, for me anyway, is not the delay itself, but the lack of notification of the delay until the very last moment. If they had told us hours ahead of time there was going to be a delay, I would be okay. However, they do not pass information to the players, who are now, paying customers. They did the same thing for open beta, and I have a hard time finding any information about what's going on with anything. I had to scour the internet to find the start time in the first place. There were many posts inquiring if DX10 was going to be ready, and no replies from FC. I'm seeing a bad trend start with customer service. I really enjoyed open beta and really think I'm going to settle into this game full time. If FC doesn't start taking care of it's players though, I may have to go back to LoTRO or EQ2 to wait for WAR...
....Honestly that just means one less guy spamming general chat about one bug, when people like you quit just means the community gets that much better.

Yet, I paid for this privelege and expect something reasonable in the way of updates, notification, etc.
They can take our cash, but then not be responsible for that? People usually call that stealing...
Now...if I would have been notified sooner? Cool...I could have planned my schedule around this. I could actually be earning cash......not giving it to a company who feels they do not owe us for the cash we have given...
I will be there at the next scheduled time to login. If it is not up...well, my package is on the way...and it will be real easy to return an unopened game..

Funcom= Anarchy Online......they already had thier break on mmorg releases they need to be perfect this time or NOONE will ever give them another chance.
If you dont know about what happened with the Anarchy Online release.....ill keep it short.....
Worst Release of ALL TIME,not even a close 2nd.Took them a 3 days to get the Login servers to work then took two weeks to get the game stable enough to be logged on for more than 9 mins,Then took almost a month to get most of the bugs out to make it just average play.They didnt get it right till almost 3 to 6 months into the game and by them 65% of the coustomers had left.
So they dont get a 2nd chance with me this time.

If I had preordered and been waiting for early access, I would be pretty pissed off right now. If they had told you sooner about a delay that's one thing, but come on. I don't care if it's a Norwegian holiday, they planned this date so don't make excuses for them.

i've played Anarchy Online (and a lot of others) for over a year and i was a paying player (not a froob). All i can say is get used to these kind of things.. that's Funcom. I mean i love Funcom and i still think they make helluva games, AO rocks in so many areas, but whoever's going to play AoC should just get over the fact that there will always be things like this "time stands still" and not reporting whats going on...
But in the end ull get a real mmo experience like nowhere else in the world. Heil FUNCOM
Played or Playing: Anarchy Online, Guild Wars, Age of Conan, Everquest II, City of Heroes, City of Villains, ArchLord, Dungeon Runners, Silkroad Online and loads of not worth mentioning F2P mmos ]
This is not that major of a fail when you think of a company like Turbine who had 2 failures before finally getting it right....
And in all actuality it is not a fail...but a stupid mistake (again, like their OB)...they should have just had their act together is all.
No...I think the game will run great once it is up...but, again another company makes some stupid decisions, and it may come to bite em in the ass..
