I'm starting to think /claim is bugged. Some seem able to use it and some not, regardless of having the retail box yet or not. I do not have my retail box yet but my registration recognizes and states that I have the amazon bow with my account. /claim has not worked for me either.
you have to ad the code from the retail copy of the game and then use /claim in game. thats it haven't heard anyone who actually added the key to their account not getting their items in the game.

because you have to add the retail key. I was showing the mammoth on my account with the pre-order key but could not claim anything until I added the retail key.
