CE Items

Several folks have stated that /claim has gotten thier CE items. I was curious if anyone here can reliably confirm this? Several others (including myself) have not gotten the items though we've applied the cd-key to our accounts.

    Same other people seem to already have the items, ive already entered  my collectors code and now my account says it can not be upgraded any futher./claim does not work this is pissing me off.
