so i went and picked up the game last night and have it installed and ready to go but it said "see you on the 23rd"
i thought it was the 20th!

this could be a fluke? or is it just the people with pre-orders that get to play on the 20th and actual release is the 23rd?
Depends where you are. US -> 20th, EU -> 23rd. Don't be frightened by the date and don't think you purchased the wrong copy (I thought I purchased an EU copy!). It says this for -all- versions and I actually ticketed a GM about it because it frightened me. :-(
EU servers are up on the 23rd I think. US starts 20th. Correct me if Im wrong.

Oh yeah did they say what time they are opening servers,i checked on the AoC site and didnt come across any info

That helps slightly! Though it makes me wonder if they mean 9:00 am PDT? We ARE in daylight savings time.
