Can this laptop run AoC?

in Age of Conan: Unchained

Hi, I know this question was probably asked a millions times, so sorry in advance.

I know I meet the memory requirements for AoC, but will a Intel Core Duo 1.6ghz processor and a Radeon Mobility x1600 cut it?

The reason I ask is because I know the processor falls below the required, but I dont know how much it will affect gameplay.  When it comes to laptop videocards im clueless as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I have 2.2 ghz and it runs at 20FPS on low lol. It's playable, so I play it.
