Is it just me or does it not seem to ever work? I know my username...and password... and I even changed it to make sure, but it still says I can not log in 1 of 5 before locked out. What the heck? Why have the forums if you can't log into them and use them?

Hey there. Yeah it's a known issue right now. No matter if you are in EA or not, nor if you have applied your retail key yet or not. I am in EA and applied my retail key and still have the same issue. Figure they will resolve it come actual release day.

I was locked out today until I went to my funcom account and updated my forum information. about 30mins. after that I was able to get in.

I tried to log in and got the same BS reply after typing my username and pwd "wrong' 5 times. Even though I was able to post on Friday with the same info
Not a good sign if your forums dont even work on the launch of a new game. I was wondering why a lot of AoC players come here to ask questions instead of the AoC forums, I guess they have to come here to be able to post
the official forums are laggy as hell today btw.

about some current issues effecting some players.
We are aware that some of you are having problems accessing our forums
and/or servers we apologize and understand your frustration. This is an
exciting time for everyone, we know you have your swords sharpened and
ready for battle and we want you to experience all the wonders of
Hyboria as soon as possible. So please know that Crom is aware of each
of your issues and is feverishly working towards a solution.
Forum Access:
Please note that only customers who purchased early access are able to
access the forums at this time. If you have early access and you are not
able to access the forums, then please bare with us while we work to
resolve the problem.
Server Access:
If you are having problems logging into the game, please note at this
time you need early access to be able to do so. If you have early
access and you cannot log in, please try again and read the updater
window for information on server status as it becomes available.
Remember the official release date for the gates of Hyboria to open for
all is the 20th for US customers and the 23rd for our EU customers.
We eagerly look forward to adventuring with you all at that time!
