yes, i have a solution for you. the servers DO NOT come online until the 20th of may at 12pm EDT. just because they gave you the game already doesnt mean you can log in until the game is open to everyone. (which it isnt, only people who paid extra for early access)
i did pay extra for early access, and under my subscription page it says im maxed out in all of it.. so i dont understand why i cant log on, im not the only one who has this problem.. 4 of my friends cant log in either
Thousands hadnt gotten in and had $5 ripped off from them....the solution is to not trust again when someone say "sure, you'll get early access".
the server is down. you can get past the patcher, but if you try to log in you will get that error. 10:00 PST you will be able to log on... hopefully
