in Age of Conan: Unchained

I'm not saying what it is though... don't want any of you stealing my thunder. Needless to say its not a super popular class and totaly unexpected by me to be my fav.

The classes are really different in this game, as in, I like playing a totaly different style than a usualy play, and I didnt care for the class I was all hyped up about. Anyone feel similarily?

 

Edit: someone actually guessed my class.... first try. crazy stuff.

    i love my class too. i also love my undead armies that i summon...... but im not telling u what class it is :P

    I'm digging my class. Assassins are just fucking badass, and this game makes the assassin actually feel like an assassin.

    My first character, and only one so far is a 24 Ranger, The fact I didnt even get a bow untill level 10, kinda burnt me. But all and all it's fun. though the range on the attacks seem a tad short. I am enjoying it, I mite try a Dark Templar once the servers come back up though, Any thoughts on the DT's ?

    I'm gonna be all over the Bear Shaman...decided this several days ago. I played a troll shaman in EQ and love the idea of shaman magic with melee thrown in. I expect the AoC shaman to be a bit more melee-oriented, though. :D

    You can get a bow at ~ lvl 5 from one of the picts in the camp to the right as you approach the cave.

    Thats what I thought too!!! but dont be discouraged if by chance you dont like him (as I did) because there is always a class better suited to you.

    im finding the barbarian, under armoured and under powered. i cant keep stam up for the life of me. if i could get med armour at say lvl60. that would take the cake. but ill tough it out

    As A Dark Temp myself, at early levels its a little rough, as your very very feat Dependant, but truly an amazing tanking class if you can master the class itself, just takes a little time to get into the hang of Stance Dancing and how to Leech as much as possible.

    ass's are really quick, which is great in this game because the combat system is more fun the faster paced it is, (but a little challenging)

    I'm liking the Necromancer and thought the Conqueror was pretty cool. I just couldn't get into the ranger though. I found the bow aiming to be clunky and not always reliable.

    When my friends start, I'll probably try a Tempest or Herald of Xotli.

    I have yet to decide.  I've rolled a few.  My HoX is my highest level, but then I rolled a Dark Templar, which I found a whole lot of fun.  But I then decided to roll a class with pets and mistakenly rolled a Demonologist (not sure if they can have pets later or not) instead of a Necromancer, and I found Demonologists to be incredibly fun.

    So today, after I got out of school, I decided to roll a Necromancer...but the servers went down.  And NOW I wanna try assassin!

    The game has been fun for the limited amount of time I've been able to play.  Luckily I got some vacation time coming up from work!

    It's a proven historical fact that beer saved humankind.
