Its sad that we spend so much time cutting up games. instead why dont we talk about what is good in each. If we do this then maybe they will listen and incorporate what people say into the best game yet. So quit picking out all the bad and pick out the good.

This game is so underrated its not even funny. If uve played EQ/AO/UO/AC and u are looking to kill a few months of your life, give this one a shot. alot of options/races/classes. depsite what u have heard this game isnt going anywhere for a while. trust me on this, this is the best free trial out there right now.

Exactly.I said it a while ago.Horizons is not the best mmorpg out there but it certainly is much better then many i can mention.
Reason it got such bad press was because of people like me.We have followed horizons for 4 years on and off.
It was basically as close to a cult mmorpg as you could get.If released in 2001 it would have been the game knocking on lineage door and have left EQ in the dust.
However,over the years the ideas have been scraped and the game came out totally different from what most of us expected.So really when the final product came many have lost intrest and those that still wanted to try it found a game totally opposite to many of the stuff we expected.
End results loads of trolls.
What this game needs is fresh players who never heard of the original version with an unbiased mind.Kind of like AO had.
It is not a bad game at all but for guys like me the vision was shattered
