Exploited to 80 already

Apperently there is a xp exploit, there is a easy quest that can be done over and over again. This guild has found several exploits so they are are 80 already.

The quest was a repeatable bounty quest from a warrant post. It was not 36-45 in 3 hours the quest takes about 15-20 min to complete you had to kill 15 of a certain type of monster (30 if you did both) (there was 2 kinda close together) you got 9k each quest. The spawn rate is kinda slow about 2-3 minutes per monster.
If you had both areas to yourself it still took 45min - 1 1/2 to get a lvl.
The exploit used by the lvl 80 people is different, I heard it was a speed hack and some other hack.
Anyways funcom alredy stated on euro boards that the lvl 80's are gonna be banned and all xp gained by the repeatable ques is being removed.
I wouldnt be surprised but I am having fun levelling my toon, so I am not envious..

Its good people abuse it so that it will get fixed, but I hope they will get some xp removed tho.. hehe

After they are banned they should hang their bodies from the city walls as an example to all. They probably thought they were so smart exploiting that quest. Duche baggery at its finest gentlemen...at its finest.

I never understand these type of people. We wait 5 years for this game to come out only to rush to the end game as fast as possible. I guess I am more of a Cigar Smoker player, take nice long drags and enjoy each puff.
Well I think everyone lost the bet as to how long it would take to have the first lvl 80.

I see this as just like any other bug that need to be fixed; as long as those 80s are deleted and the exploit corrected no harm done IMHO. In fact, it just helps the game to catch these problems now.
Wow, that's sad. I wonder if they will *really* get banned. How can you tell who ran repeatable quests (not an exploit IMHO - if you repeat the work, you SHOULD get the exp, again), and those that ran other hacks.
Talk about taking all the fun/work out of the game.. level 80 in 2-3 days. Sad.
*sigh* What is the point in playing if you're just going to cheat? I don't see the fun in it.
Oh well, by the end of their free month they will have lost all enjoyment in the game and will be gone... that is if Funcom doesn't take of them first

But on PvP servers, the competition is fierce, level means a lot. In Vanguard there was this exploit where you could dupe an item by mailing it to your alt in a bag, long been fixed. On PvE servers there was little duping but on PVP servers duping was rampant. Many guilds had all their members equipped in the best of the best.
Its all ready bee fixed.

They'll fix the exploit and ban the exploiters. No way you could have reach max level in what, 35-40 hours ? That's about how long the servers have been up in the whole EA?
That guild you sticked, Ebonlore, has a history of hacking and exploiting in MMORPG's. Funcom should ban anyone with a history in that guild tbh.

The guild in question has a contest going amongst themselves to see who can get to level 80 the fastest. The inner council is not included in this contest, so they list their characters as level 81 (notice 81, the games cap is 80). The highest characters are 50 or so.
Yes there was a quest exploit, its already been fixed.

Dont defend this low life hacker guild. They hack and exploit. I know this guild well and they do it in every game they play. They were finally banned in Vanguard for crafting hacks, exp exploits and pvp exploits. It will be no different here.
Sad fact is there are so many people in the 50's, 60's already. Many many, not just a few people. There are player city up already, and the game officially launch today.

LOL that would be even a funny ingame idea, a hanged body with a huge shield "i shoudl not exploit/hack"
they fixed those exploits and i think they have dealt with the people that exploited to 80 also rolled them back or had the enitre guild banned i think, also there has been some banning also for people using hack programs.. they are taking a tough stance to cheaters/exploiters which is good wish other games would aggresively take a stand like that..
the quests only give 3k exp now .... and i dunno how you can exploit to 80 with it .... it should turn grey and you should earn no exp by the time you hit your early to mid 50's
