First Update after Install...is anything happening?

How can I tell if I am even getting the download? I see 1 MB of 516 MB that downloaded, then it reads Updating Content....No change and at least 15 mins if not longer has gone by with nothing happening.
Does this silly thing download 1 meg then update after each... at this rate it will take days to even get to play...
I have DSL... so my download shouldn't be a problem. Can anyone tell me how long the total download and updating was for them after initial install?
I let it run all night and I still see 516 MB and now 2 / 5133 (files I assume) left to download.

I had the same problem in closed beta.Go check their forums see what other people are saying about it is prolly a massive problem I can't really tell you much cause I can't log into teh forums cause its for account holders only seems like they got soemthing to hide.
I'll prolly get a another temp ban for this, but thats what you get for buying a unfinished rushed to release game!!Not to mention the game sucks anyway. Wait for war and you won't have these problems.
I can't offer any suggestions but it sounds to me like there is a problem somewhere. My total install AND patching only took about an hour and a half.
