Where to level after 40?

Where do you go after level 40? Is there a guide anywhere with recommended zones/instances for leveling?

nope...probably not...most have not reached forty yet....so your on your own
I have exactly saem problem.
I am level 40 now, and now what? I cant find quest that will continue my story.
You guys are level 40 already? wth?
Yeah, simply wow, halfway to the level cap, either you've put some mad hours into your levelling, or its really quick to level.
Fields Of The Dead
Old T Noble District
Sanctum Of Burning Souls (need a group)
this should get you started...don't want to give EVERYTHING away
Go to Field of the Dead, lots of quests there, you should be able to level up quite a bit, do your professions quests.
Once you level up a bit in Field of the Dead, you can head in Tarantia noble district (level 43 or something like that I believe) lots of quests to do there too.

thats not that bad
its been 4 days after all...it apparently starts taking longer to level 1fter 40
there are level 80 players already.
i'm level 38 with a little over 18 hours total played time, and this is all been solo with not knowing where to go and what to do. I'm sure i could do it a lot faster if i'h known whats what.
It's a bit too fast leveling if you ask me but haven't made it to 80 yet so IDK... I made it to 26 in 12 hours (wasn't in EA so just played yesterday).
I have been leveling in Koph's Province. Are the zones mentioned connected to this area or are they linked to the the main towns of the other non-stygian races? I am not too familiar with the other areas. Spent nearly all my time in Khemi and Koph.
Nah it's in cimmeria, you need to go to connal's valley then FotD. Travel around!
Well I figured each race had its own area for certain level ranges.
Ya but it's made so you have to travel to all country, I guess they'll add more mid-range area in future patch but for now my leveling experience is prety smooth, I always have too many quests.
