Woot Today I get to play :)

Yep I bought the game a day before it came out but my vid card can't run it so I sold my wow account and now I am getting my geforce 9600 in the mail today going to pop that baby in and be in Conan Heaven. I don't care what the haters say nothing excites me more then ffa pvp and melee glory :)

    I hear ya! my copy should arrive today, i'm gonna sit in my lawn chair with my psp and a dew and wait for the UPS man!

    Yeah it's a bit sad I guess but I could hardly sleep last night lol the excitement is bubbling in me .....going from onboard graphics to a 9600 might as well be getting a whole new pc and age of conan to beat ....today is a good day :)

    Pinkapples BEFORE you plug in the video card, make sure you have the power supply it needs or you will end up

    Been there done that lol a few months ago i got a shiny new 8700.....well it didn't sit well with my 350 watt suply lol so yes today I am dropping 20 bucks at best buy and getting a 400 watt won't let that happen again :)

    I dont know about the 9600, but a 400w seems low, they recommend at least 600w for the 8800's.  I would look into it to make sure thats enough power.

    some review websites mention 400watts, but im not too sure how technical these guys are at these sites.

    Would recommend you stick in at least a 500watt power supply. I have one in my PC running a ATI 1650 pro.

    Hmm your probally right I am just going by what it said but I will try and get a better one I don't want to fry my card.
