Just arrived from play.com...I thought I was supposed to get some card or something with my rhino code on it...or does it just appear when i put in my activation key...I presumed it would have a seperate code.

Check your account on the Funcom register website. It should say if you can get a Rhino or not.
And yes, you wont get it before you put in the key from the box game. Then you have to use the "/claim" command ingame.
Set up my account and my subscription...doesn't say anything about a rhino though. I did order it a few days ago and it clearly says (with free play.com rhino mount) on the reciept.
i thought u were meant to get a code in the box. have you tried doing the /claim in game ?
You will need to /claim it in game once you've tied the key to your account via funcom's website.
BTW, you can't actually use the mount until you're level 40. Apparently you get some other item until then (I think it's a bag or something, not sure though).
With my Game copy which arrived today on the back of the manual there is 2 codes, one for the game, one for the exclusive items - and they are clearly labelled.
I believe you cant get the exclusive items until launch tomorrow as /claim is doing nothing for me atm.

Check the back of the game manual, my manual had 2 keys
Key 1 ( in game item code )
Key 2 ( retail licence key )
Then go to your Funcom account and use the key, it will tell you what the key provides, you need to confirm the key code and then "upgrade subscription". Repeat this step for the retail licence key, but you may need to log back out/in to get the key input page.
Once upgraded and confirmed by checking your account info, it will list any special offer items, type /claim ingame.
Nikoliath can you claim your items already? As i cannot. Im on Dagon in the EU and got my codes from Game. They're all there in my account page and it states i have Early Access, Cape, Mammoth, Retail.
Reading the AoC official forums, it seems that other people haven't received their Rhino code from play.com (they are supposed to send it in an email). I'll wait it out for a day and see what happens (I have sent an email asking play.com where my code is...may take a while for them to reply though.)
Second attempt, i "read the F*&%ing manual" and followed the instructions. /claim still didnt work ingame, so I checked forums, some others were having trouble. I rechecked my account info, and logged back into AoC and then /claim worked.
Maybe just took time for the account servers to propagate the info, given it's probably a busy day for this! Hope you get it sorted!!
