Well if has to be a mmorpg i would have to say wow altho its become stale and boring for me now. But If games in genral i would say final fantasy 1-9 then final fantasy 12, but final fantasy 12 pain in rear to run on emulator atm and im nto getting a consle to play it.
Gothic 1, 2, 2 Night of the Raven,no doubt.

SWG befor the nge was the best game i ever played i loved the hologrind fest to try and unlock the force i loved the village quest and pvp much more when the CU was there i loved to fly my Tie ships all of them to get my ace pilot tags then it all died... sad day that was hah oh well on to the next best thing and i am still looking for it nothing so far but i still have hope ... when real time animation and enviromental damage gets into MMO like the new games comming out like unleash the force we will have kick ass games again
To avoid mentioning a list of favorite games, split into each genre because I can't decide on an overall winner, I find Xenogears to be the one that I constantly revisit in my mind!
For MMO, probably EQ1 and DAoC.
Non MMO, but still an RPG, from the old days, Chronotrigger. Still one of my favorites, hehe.
MMO - UO Pre-UOR - Best PvP MMO ever.
RPG - Wildarms
FPS - Counter Strike
RTS - (Tie) C&C Generals & Total Annihilation.
Still waiting for it to be made.
WWIIOnline The Real War!
DAoC I played it so much and enjoyed every minute of it I just hope WAR is similar. On console it's either Golden Eye on N64 or Metal Gear Solid.
