Dose anyone know any really good PvP games

Depends on the pvp style.
Team based easy to get into pvp: DAoC and Guild Wars come to mind here
Full pvp anti carebear: Neocron, Shadowbane, Morning, Darkfall are a few I can think of off top of my head.
Overall DAoC and Shadowbane are my fave. SB is prolly the best pvp in any mmorpg, Classes are pretty balanced now, you can build cities/siege them, form nations and start wars. Its a truely Epic game. DAoC is fun in simple way. DAoC has battlegrounds where you can load into a special pvp zone with a keep in the middle for everyone to fight over control of. DAoC also has sieges with all kinds of siege weapons.

You can't miss Dark and Light if you love pvp (not open pvp). But that won't come out for another 5-6 months.

Shadowbane is a really nice PvP game. Basically it's all about PvP and guild wars.
Depends what you want from a pvp game.Full looting,team pvp,no safe zones,no level restriction etc.
Personally i find planetside satisies all i need in a pvp game since i find FPS much better then RPG for pvp.
However,if you want a full no hold bar pvp game there is shadowbane.
