Our Ten Sacred Missions
1) Our intent is to treat each and every member with respect and a sense of belonging to the greater whole (the Guild), and we will reside on a Normal aka PvE Server.
2) We will build a player made city, and defend it with our lives, we will make sure it grows and prosper at a respectful rate, and that all members can be proud to call it home.
3) We will schedule, and attend raids when and where ever possible (we are considering working in a DKP System) with in reason of the majorities time frames.
4) PvP will be required by all in the Border Kingdoms as it's the only place we can acquire a Keep. (If we are able to get one, this will depend on a lot of things, guild size, server population etc.)
5) PvP in other then The Border Kingdoms will be completely consensual in area's of the game that allow it on a PvE Server.
6) Members are encouraged to project a sense of fair play and civility towards their guild mates and other players in the game. In other words, try to be nice until it's time not to be nice, and I think we're all mature enough to know when that time is.
7) We intend to be a self-sufficient society, and take care of each other with items that we don't need to be passed on to other guild members and vice versa. We hope to have a complete and efficient crafting section, and everyone will be expected to contribute to it as much as is possible for them. In other words if crafting is just not your bag, then you can contribute in other ways, like picking a prestige class that will help the guild over all or donating money or items to compensate. No one will be expected to do something that may seem like a chore to them, after all, the game is there for you to relax and enjoy yourself, not a part time job 
8) Everyone will have a mount, if you can't afford to get one, the guild will help as much as possible (short of just coming out and giving you one). If you want a mount, you will have to make an effort to obtain one, and the guild will help those that help themselves.
9) If you for whatever reason decide to leave the ranks of the guild, please be civil enough to let us know, and for what reason you left. You will not be harassed or heckled, we would just like to know why you left so that we can improve areas in the guild structure that may be getting neglected, and make improvements.
10) And finally, have fun, This is a game, and we all want to enjoy it, not make it a job. Yes be Passionate in your beliefs and desires of what you want from the game, and as being a member of the guild. Just don't be a jerk about it. Put forth in a respectful manner what you would like to see the guild accomplish, give us your Ideas, and understand just because they didn't get added, doesn't mean they weren't considered. Things have to be adjusted to fit the needs of the majority of the guild, so all submission will be heard by the council and considered, then voted on.
Amendment: Ventrilo 3.0 is required. It's a free download, and easy to setup. You will be required to have this during Raids and Siege events, even if you don't have a mic, but speakers or headsets are required so you can listen.
~| What we are looking for |~
We are looking for mature active players, that enjoy a guild environment that will be playing Age of Conan regularly. We are not a hardcore guild, but we do have some hardcore players in our ranks, and we pride ourselves on our diversity, we plan to have something for most type of gamers, but our overall feel will be an expeditious type of casual play. We will go all the way to end game content and beyond. We will work hard to build and maintain our player made City, as well as a Keep in the Border Kingdoms. Our crafting support will be adamant, and considered of the most importance.
~| How our Ranking system will work |~
We will have a cooperative ruling council governed by both the Guild Leader and the Council of Elders that will oversee all the aspects and decisions made over guild policy and procedures.
Officers will be assigned to special interest groups to oversee production of things like Crafting, Siege Warfare, Questing, and Class Mentoring. Each officer will assign Senior Members aka Group/Squad Leaders to their Groups/squads to oversee the other members that are assigned to their squads. These positions will be based on participation, activity, and willingness to participate, and shall be up to the Group Officer and Group Leader for election. We would like to keep the system as low maintenance as we can, as to not create a greater administrative burden on any one group or individual, and these positions will be voluntary and a way to graduate to a higher rank in the guilds Hierarchy, this will allow our Officers and Group leaders to have a better gaming experience, and not have to devout several hours to administration duties.
~| How to Join |~
Please go to our website, then go to our forums and register to get a username/password (please choose one you plan on using in the game. Simply make a post in our recruitment thread, and answer our recruitment questionnaire, our recruitment officer will then review it and approve it at his discretion. Don't worry, there are no wrong answers for the questionnaire.
~| Character Naming Policy |~
We would ask that you name your characters with in the game, to a relatively Lore Specific title. Please no MerlinXXX, or 733TElminster's or things such as these. Although we are not considered a Role-Playing Guild , we do respect the Lore with in the games mechanics, and ask that you do as well. Thank you.
