I'm maybe not seriously suggesting this, but I can't help wonder how it would impact here? When there are big rivalries will it be a case of be a non-'chosen-mmo-fan' and get neg-repped. Or will it actually be useful in revealing the fanbois/haters? Thoughts- any persons frequenting these forums?

    It will most likely be abused.

     

    For example: Person X posts something about game Y in game Y's forum which doesn't bode well with

                         game Y's fans. Game Y's fans give person X negative rep as a result.

     

    Sadly there is just too much fanboism to justify the system.
