looking for anime style game

i would really like to find an anime style mmo that has lost of stat raising opportunities.

I have played games like flyff but those get really boring and repetetive because of the lack of features.

i want to play a game that i can get in to and have something different to do if i want. (like runescape with better graphics and gameplay)

    Mabinogi is the game I know that fits what you want the closest.

    Rohan Online may be worth a look as well.  Not because it is a particuliary close fit to what you want, but its in the same ballpark and goes into open beta in two days, allowing you and everyone else to start at level one.  I know I enjoy the initial scramble of releases even if I don't stay with the game long.
