multiple toons?

I assume like another mmo you will be able to make multiple toons.

A question I have is in the RvR portion of the game. Your faction control is in your ablity to do better then the other in each tier. if you make new toons to help with the control of the tier 1 zones you will level that toon in RvR and be forced out of that tier 1 zone.  Would you have to make a new toons over and over again? Has mythic mentioned anything about this?

I know this won't be in an issue at launch or even months down the road but eventually it could be a problem.

I hope I am making sense with this.

I can feel your anger. This game is defenseless. Take your weapon. Strike this game down with all of your hatred, and your journey towards towards the Dark Side will be complete.

You can make alts, but not of the opposite realm if you are creating them on the same server.

I get what you're saying. Honestly though i think people will be more drawn to the higher tier fronts, since ultimately they bring the most points in and will probably be a lot more fun combat-wise than the lower tiers

On a side-note, i'll be interested to see how Twinking is dealt with or if it will even be possible.

You get XP for killing players, you can't twink.

just because you get xp for pvp doesn't mean you can't twink.  Though I suspect twinking will be really hard in this game considering you can't go and gain PvP gear for your alt...you turn into a chicken going into the lower Tier RvR zones.

I really really hope WAR devs have been paying attention to what twinking did to WoW and have measures in place besides the chicken rule that won't allow it!  Not only did it destroy the economy for new players but it was also damn near impossible to win most matches in BG's 1-30 cause of the damned twinks...heh

I swear getting your ass kicked at lvl 19, by a lvl 10 twink like u didn't exist was the worst!

The single main problem to twinking in WOW's bg's is the enchanting. It is beyond me why they have never level capped any of the enchants besides the TBC ones. I would not forsee Mythic doing something this utterly stupid.

Aside from that , the gear aspect ...everyone has pretty much the same chance to pick up gear to make them better at PVP. Will we be able to pass down gear to lower level characters? If so , that may give some lower players a jump but in the end I don't think it will be the mess that bg's are in WOW. Not to mention you do get xp from killign players .. so you should never see the gross amount of players at lower levels just kicking the sh*% out of you with no chance what so ever.

    ...my 2 cents.

I hope they put a XP stop in the game, so if you want to stay let's say rank 20, you can stop the XP gaining so you stay rank 20 and can pvp in the tiers avaible to you.

You get that rank 20 players are getting very good, however if you don't have the option to stop the XP gaining, the open world PvP will die in lower tiers.

You most likely won't be able to turn off XP gains, as this allows twinking. It's not a problem that you outlevel a zone - your efforts in the higher zones are more valuable than they'd be in a lower zone. Lower tier zone control isn't needed to win to war - they simply give a small bonus to the next immediate tier.
