Character Creation Timeout

in Age of Conan: Unchained

Hello,

I am currently experiencing a problem where I cannot create a character when I log into the game and select my server of choice.  When I press "Create", it says "Logging In", and then eventually returns me to the login screen.  It displays the error message about a timeout as it was trying to log me in.

Any suggesions about how to fix this issue?

    Sure,

    Running:

    Intel Pentium 4   3.2 GHz Processor

    2 Gig Ram

    ATI 9800 XT

    Vista 32 Bit

     

    If it matters, all my drivers are updates and am experiencing, as of this moment, no issue physically viewing the game.  I am also hardwired to the internet.

    i think i may figured this out. Do you have Vista Service pack 1 installed?
