What do you think? Obviously i get the 30 days free. Did i make a good decision. I hear this game is improving all the time. My PC:

Windows VIsta 32BIT

Intel 2.7 Duel CORE

2GIG RAM

Nvidia 8800GTX 768MEG

BTW i underatnd some servers are quite. Whats the busiest server im European. Is it worth going with the lower lag of a EURO server or a more populated US one, and what's the busiest server?

Thanks...

Yes. VG is a good game to some.

My wife and I play it becuase WoW and the clones of it just don't fit us.

VG is a system hog, that is one of the reasons it gets some much hate, but with your specs you should see the goregeous world of Telon with good preformance.

I played the game at release. Even though it had a lot of problems I really did enjoy the game. So yes, I think you made a good choice.

The thing I love the most about MMOGs is that they are always there to play again. You just bought an account for $15. You have 30 days to try it out. If you don't like it, you're out less than the cost of a movie, popcorn, and a coke. If you like it, it'll always be there for you. You just can't go wrong with that.

I personally didn't like Vanguard. The idea was awesome, but it was WAY too time consuming.

I actually did hit to level 25 on two characters though. But it had some bugs (but they are fixed constantly and quickly) and it seemed to be more grinding later on.

I have no problem with a long time to level, but when I'm in the mood for questing, but i finished all the quests in the area, i don't want to go back to grinding the same mob over and over again. Or go back to crafting or diplomacy.

Its a good game i guess if you have friends grouping with you.

I "heard" that once it was passed over to Sony that they did some quick house cleaning and fixed some of the problems and made some things easier to deal with, like travel.

But I haven't been back since before that occured so I'm not completely sure. But from reading several posts on forums it seems that most have had good things to say about the work and changes that SOE did.

    Surprising I know lol ;)

Good luck and keep us posted with your opinion once you play a bit.

    Regards

    RA

Hey, I recently bought the game as well. Just got it yesterday.  I'm playing a necromancer on Seradon server. It's worth it so far :)
