  Technically impossible, since there could be several people sharing the same IP. And dynamic IPs also can switch around several people.

  Furthermore, the no-life trolls could easily find a work-around.

  You need to read the Rules of Conduct more often.  If you find something, Report it.

  Staff members can see who is making alt accounts so if you are suspicious of this behavior then report it; this also goes for the other side of the fence. You cannot make alts to say a game rulez either. The rule is very blinded to the person.

  But yes, they are not allowed to make alts for this purpose

  People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.
