I pre-ordered my AOC at EB Games and when I picked it up they had no code for me and the mammoth. They told me Fun Com only sent them six codes for some 150 pre-orders. Anyone else have this problem?

seriously, the same thing happened to me at Game Stop and I sent them (fun com) an email through customers service about 4 or 5 days ago and they haven't contacted me yet. I love this game, but I want my mammoth!

I was looking for the customer service email at the site but can not find it. I still have the game sealed because I do not want to open it if I am not getting my mammoth. Any chance you could tell me what the email for costumer service is?

Emailed support last night but no answer yet. Not impressed with the costumer service.
Just got back from returning the game at EB Games. The AOC costumer service had a chance to respond and make things right but they still have yet to respond to my email that this is unacceptable when dealing with a new game that needs subscription payments to make money. Now I will look forward to War.
