Want to return to DDO...but wheres my trial key gone?

Hey all,
So I thought I'd return to DDO (was in beta) to see if it really can break the bordom that is WoW. But after 2 days of waiting I STILL don't have a trial key. I've got the game on order now (£3 in play.com!) but wanted to get into DDO before the weekend.
Does anyone have a trial key available I could use to get me up and running?

Also, should I get an EU or US account key for DDO? Someone mentione the EU servers being dead/dying and t ojust go straight over to the US ones.
Any ideas?
Scratch the above...the US version of the trial ke ycame through within a few minutes. The EU version is lnackered it seems. Nice one codemasters.
If you ordered the game from play.com it will be the EU version, so you can do you trial on US servers, but you will need to reinstall and use the box key for EU.
Not sure where you heard EU servers are dead, I must be imagining all the people.
Keeper has more people than Devourer I believe.
Looks like I can at least give both the US and EU servers a go now (downloaded both clients...well the main EU client and bits from the US one to get it to work with the EU one).
