Pre order key problem

Hello all, I recently tried to registered my pre order key to recieve my mammoth mount, and I cannot figure out how to register the key. I go to the "upgrade an account" option and enter my key, it then tells me what the key does but there are no confirm button of any sort. Help would be appreciated.

Have you tried to register the game normally? versus just upgrading your account? Funcom's had some problems with this in the last week. Dont know if they got it completely fixed.

I have already registered the game, but I can't seem to add the pre order key, I only got the key with the retail box due to complications at my local store. I entered the key and got the following

Age of Conan Pre-order Item: The War Mammoth
This key unlocks the War Mammoth in the US version of the game. The War Mammoth is a huge but slow mount that can be ridden from level 40 onwards. Prior to reaching level 40, your characters can claim a special belt that will allow you to carry more items. While you are logged in to the game, use the /claim command to receive your preordered items.

When you enter the key it will tell you what it does. There will then either be a Red button saying Upgrade Account, or a link saying GO! or both. Just click one the go to next page. There you will need to click Upgrade Account button and you should be set. Go back to the Main Page of the account and it should list what upgrades you have activated on the account.

Ok I've entered the key in all three different links on the account management site (the early access box at the top, 'Upgrade my subscription' and 'Use a Key to add a Prepaid Card, Upgrade a Subscription or Create a Subscription') every time I enter the key, I get the screen I posted earlier there are no further options?
Are the buttons/links you were talking about on the same page as the description of what the key does?

Last I heard the preorder keys were disabled after a certain deadline, which was pretty funny considering people were selling them on ebay (and thus scamming if the keys no longer work)
Could be they changed that due to all the players complaining about their keys not working passed that deadline, though
