is there a MMO like twisted medal? that was one of my favorite childhood games.....

Do you mean Twisted Metal, the smash and crash game with vehicles?
If yes i have to let you down, there was one mmo that was about cars and destruction but it's gone down now.
A game like Twisted Metal works great on a small scale, but unless you are willing to cope with lag and other movement issues, i don't think we'll be seeing an mmo in the spirit of Twisted Metal anytime soon.
