    Hi there

Well, i have definitely agree many of you saying this game is great. It have all the elements put together i really want to experience when participating mmo world. There is still one thing though which simply drive me loggin in for some perioids of time and always come to same conclusion that its still not ready yet to give my time with:

    • For me, i simply love the bloodmage class. Its a one of the primary healing classes. It have all the elements i've always dreamed about healers, and those can summarize Light armor robe wearer able to use staff healing through damage done and through own health sacrifice. the way i see it through my fantasy, i have always felt that pure healer should be like this, i know someone says that healer must not have been forced doing only one thing and it should be more hybrid and i fully understand. To me though, i simply feel that healer should not be able to use shields, not be in the first line of the battle and things like that. Luckily there is 3 other healer classes in the game which i think would fill the idea of a healer for many others than me too. Bloodmage is just my thing and closest my vision of a healer i've ever seen in games.

    • Huge problem sadly is that... there is no-one to heal and fill that role. I have been active subscriber for Vanguard all the time when it have been out. I've seen the ups and downs, lots of bugs and lots of improvement. I remember the time when there was race spesific PvP and it was great idea. Sadly they took them away and forced everyone to FFA. Which is not only bad though, i like very much idea of FFA too. Best experiences i have had in game have been those moments when i've been in danger, and it simply crystalizes the whole meaning of PvP for me. It doesnt have to be fair, it will never be. Main problem only is that its plain empty server. There is some busy people of lvl 50, but that's all.. we, "casual" mid ones have no change to complish things outside of guilds we would need. Example for that, i have been trying to do one long questchain in CiS, sometimes loggin in more actively then getting frustrated and going offline for weeks, but at least 3 months of simply trying to look group for one last parts of the chain. Maybe without finding great guild who working together, helping their lower level ones out its pure impossible to get those quests done for me.

Well, all that mumble said, and i could say so much more all the things i have in mind, but to make it short, most greatest problem to Vanguard is the lack of players in that huge seamless world. I really do hope the best of the game, and i really hope people find it and see how good game it have slowly become. There is simply not game for me on the market right now.. i really hope that one day Vanguard will. cheers.

Agree for open PvP lovers.  For the PvE servers there's still a good chunk of people to play with.  Yes not bursting, but good enough.

I'm glad to see SOE keeps making it better, but I'm afraid its probably never going to reach its full potential, as they didn't move fast enough recreate its image.

I think the pvp even in controled areas would draw more people in. Maybe have seperate areas (islands or another continent ) rich in resources and loot drops that could be contested over by guilds.  This would add excitement, drama , and more to the end game (other than raids).

No thanks. PvP oriented people always believe that pvP will "help" game X. There are plenty of PvP oriented games for you to play. We dont need to change every game to PvP in order for it to sustain itself. Not everyone likes PvP. I do believe it is probably the more popular of the two but that is only because there are more small minded, e-p**N waving griefers on this planet than there are people who like to explore and adventure.

Im not suggesting everyone who likes PvP is a moron but a lot of the arguments I see for PvP lead me to believe that the more vocal of that demographic are very selfish people who have to have everything their way. If they dont get what they want they bitch and moan endlessly in order to invoke some kind of change.

Whoa nellie! Your talking to the wrong guy. I play on both a pve server of Vanguard and AOC. In fact my wife who plays (and is a grade school teacher) once called me a carebear. What I would like to see is the option to PVP as an end game or in certain parts of the world for those who want to mix things up.  I'm not a really a pvp person. In fact I'm totally against PVP FFA. I think thats best suited for a Unreal Tourny deathmatch.  I do think that pvp has it place within a system that keeps it in check.. Lineage 2 is the perfect example of good pvp system. It exists but carries repercussions for those who decide to do it outside of the seiges where it is part of the guild on guild battles. It was perfect because it was not abused and added drama to the game when people lost their cool and couldn't help themselves.  As far as Vanguard is concerned, it could use a little more drama in the end game.

One thing I would like to see would be guilds able to wage war on other guilds. I am not a huge fan of pure pvp servers, mainly do to griefing and such, but it would be nice to increase the population on those types servers as well as Xeth and Seradon.

I remember a game where guilds could wage war against other guilds and what happened to it.  It is now a free to play game and does not have very many subscribers.  If you like PVP and guild vs guild combat then head over to Shadowbane, its all there.  VG is getting to be a great game.  I like the options you have.  Explore, complete quests, become a diplomat or craft items.  It is all here.  I think that with the racial mounts, citizen factions and other items it is only getting better.  I am glad to not have ever left.  I just wish I did not have to travel so much or I would be playing more hours than the hours that I have been playing.  This game deserves a second chance and if given that chance people will be impressed.
