Which class in WAR is going to be like a Warlock in WoW? Or a Necromancer in AoC. Would it be a Zealot? Reading up on them made them seem like Shamans tho. Or would it be a Sorcerer from the Dark Elvs

Sounds like you're looking for a casting pet-class. Hmm. Can't say really, since we're still in Closed Beta, but from playing Warhammer for years, I can let you know that if Mythic is following Warhammer lore, neither a zealot nor a shaman will have a pet. A zealot may have a familiar, but I doubt it would be useful for much.
Squig-Herders are going to have fire-and-forget pets, much like Theurgists or Bone-dancers from DAoC.
White Lions of Chrace (although just called White Lions) will have a lion that grows with you as you level.
So far, from the reading and from the lore, those are the only two with pets.
Now, if you're looking for a caster that is going to sling doom and death, then you might want to check out:
Goblin Shaman
Chaos Magus/Chaos Zealot
Dark Elf Sorceress
My advice - don't look for other games' classes in new games. Try new classes out and see what you see.

I don't really care about the pet all that much. I just kind've like the Warlock look to it. The shadowy spells and such. So if I want that go for Zealot or Dark Elf Sorc.?
I would. I don't know how they're going to do gender in WAR, but in Warhammer Fantasy, all dark elf sorcerors are female. All zealots/magus could be either, I suppose. Don't know if that matters to you, really though.

Ok I'll probably go for Zealot then, thanks alot!
If going by looks and feel only, I would say magus is closest to warlock. The latest news (I think) is that magus will get demons for defense only. What I heard is that these demons must stay close to the magus or they despawn--the lore for it would be like they have to stay in a summoning circle around the magus.
Anyone else hear that, or did I dream it?
Lastly, I think Magus has strong dot attacks, sort of like a wow warlock. Sorceress is a strong nuker from long range but very weak against melee. They really ARE glass cannons, putting out MASSIVE damage, but taking damage if they are not careful from their own spells.

I think they already bent lore to include male sorcerers
Yes there are male sorcerors. There's concept art for them on the official page. Yes Magus' will be able to summon demons, but only within a specific circle. This was established in the massively.com preview. So they have demons and probably DoT's, as they are area-control specialists. This makes them quite similar to warlocks. And I don't think Zealots will be much like locks. Their magic seems to lean more towards healing and buffing actually. Hope any of this info helps.
I'll link some pics of the classes that fall into the same area as your description, along with a quote from the main Warhammer site. There you can find more info than my copying/pasting and picture linkage.

Order
None of them fit your dark outline, naturally.
Destruction
Greenskins -
Shaman
“Sticks 'n' stones'll break my bones, but Gork and Mork'll smash yer 'ead to bits if'n you don't sod off you big bugger!” - Gahzbag, Goblin Shaman telling off a Giant
Chaos -
Zealot
"He is Tzeentch! The Changer of Ways! The Raven God! The Lord of Mutation! He is the master of all that changes, and the changer of all that remains! His will is Chaos, and all the creatures of Chaos are but fleeting thoughts in his vast mind!" – Drang The Preacher, Zealot
Magus
“Let mere Wizards have their simple fire. The flames of Tzeentch are by far the more subtle, the stranger, and all the more powerful for it. Who is more deeply burned? The man who is scorched and recoils, or the man who accepts the flame, thinking it is but warming light?” - Tor Ravenson, Magus
Dark Elves -
Sorcerer
“A Sorcereress must walk the dark paths of the Realm of Chaos, the deep pits of the oceans and the bowls of the fiery mountains in her quest for knowledge. The channeling of the raw Winds of Chaos is what gives the Sorceress her power. The Creatures of the Chaos Hells will bow to her will in the end. Such Power is vast but dangerous and the aspirant to the Dark Convent of Sorceresses must be courageous and strong.” - From the sixth book of secrets by Kaladhtoir of Clar Karond
Disciple of Khaine
“Few are the select chosen that survive the reveries of the Death Night. Fewer still are those who leave the Cauldron with eyes of molten brass, burning with the hatred of our Dark god. These true chosen are taken into the cult and trained in the most secret of rites, emerging as masters of death second only to Khaine himself.” - Haridar of Har Ganeth
STOP WHINING!
The zealot and the Disciple of Khaine are Healers. If you want something close to the Warlock look at the Dark Elf Sorcerer & the Magus. They're both into dark twisted spells.

What she said.
Also, from what I've heard, they've recently given the Magus the ability to summon daemons. Not major ones, obviously, but I heard he can summon horrors, and has quite a few really powerful DoTs and nukes. They've also added a periodic AoE damage to the disc, I believe.
So, depending on which type of warlock you preferred in WoW will determine the class you play. The Sorcerer is very much akin to a Destruction lock, with the high end nukes combined with a few DoTs, while the Magus seems to be more closely related to an Affliction lock (and I'm assuming with some masteries maybe even a Demonology lock). What you play is entirely up to you. I wouldn't recommend the zealot, however, as the style of play for them seems most like a WoW shadow priest rather than a warlock.
Hope that helps.
The Disciple is also not only a healer, but an armoured melee class.
The deamons the magus summons are similar to the engineers turrets.
Difference being that they are limited to a small area of movement instead of stationary.
They serve the same functional purpose.
What Mythic is doing is not giving each side the same classes like Blizzard's lazy but did. Instead there are function counter parts on either side. This doesn't mean they have the same skills, but some of there skills will be similar and server the same overall purpose.
Magus deamons server same purpose as Engineer turrets.
Disciple of Kain must do damage to heal like Warrior Priests
Zealots can apply a Mark of Chaos similar to a Runepriest's Runes
Shaman's build Waaagh like Archmages build magical reserve
etc..
Every class has a "twin" on the other side, but the twin is in mechanic/purpose not in exact abilites.
The squig herder isn't like an animist, the magus/engineer are more like that. If you thought it was simialr because the squig stays after the controller dies, so does the war lion.
But for main topic, for the "look" of a warlock, Magus or Sorcerer are your best bets.
Alright =D thanks for the help guys.
