Well, my wife and I played WOW for a couple of years, moved on to LOTRO when it came out and recently got involved with AoC which has dissapointed us greatly.
So here's the question. Neither of us is big into PVP. Both LOTRO and WOW were perfect for us since they allowed us to PVP or not depending on our moods. So this feature is important to us. We like PVE, questing, crafting etc. We also like the social nature of MMO's.
We each have 5 characters or so leveled up in boith WOW and LOTRO so we're looking for something new.
Suggestions?
Thanks!

Hey. I have played both LOTRO and WoW. I loved both! But if your looking for something similar, i think you should join up in Everquest 2. You wont be dissipointed. It will be a good choice. Good luck!
You're a bit vague on preferences as numerous MMO's easily have those qualifications.. to a certain degree, anyway. I think Everquest 2, D&D Online, and possible Vanguard would all fit the bill. Also, some older MMO's that I think could be viable (assuming you don't care for a large community) would be Everquest (1) and Dark Age of Camelot.
EDIT - Ah, Everquest (1) might be lacking in quests. It has quests but they aren't primarily to gain XP to level like in WoW or LOTRO.
