New to L2

Hey folks. I played L2 during the last week of open beta and at first despised the slowness of the game. My opinion of the game, however, changed once I found a nice group of people to group up with. The game really does become entirely different once you find a clan you click with. I just recently got the retail version and am starting over on a new server with my roommate, his brother, and his brothers wife and we have made a clan ourselves. It truly is amazing how much more fun it is when you have people to talk to during the game and people to talk about the game WITH.

    I agree, having a clan is something of a "must-have" when you reach levels of 50+. It's close to impossible finding a hunting group at the higher levels if you arn't in a clan where you have people who you can hunt with. And yes, it also makes the game a lot funnier when you have someone to talk to :D

    I did read the whole post....but the part of it that caught my attention was that you were in open beta and you still bought the game lol

    Like the name BTW are you a fan of Karl Edward Wagner's "Kane"?  Some of the finest Heroic Dark Fantasy ever written IMHO image

    I have a lvl 40 knight on bartz ive been in clans sence the closed beta it helps but its not enough

    to many -s in the game it takes far to long to lvl and loot is almost imposabe to get

    some may find it easy to get money and new gear to move along in the game but most of the players i know find it near imposable to get upgraded gear

    do to the lack of loot and money 300a to 500a per kill will take days mindless killing to get a 3 million a weapon to make it worse most 3 million a weapons will sell for 5 to 18 mill on the market making it even harder

    oh well good luck to those that stay
