What do I need to play?

I am interested in playing UO again after many years. My impression of the KR info I have seen really makes me want to play again.

However I do want access to all the conent, not just the base game. If I get UOKR does this give me access to all the content or just the base game and none of the expansions?

Do I first need to purchase and install the 9th anniversaty edition in order to get all the content or does all the content come bundled with UOKR?

    KR is only the client you connect to the game and it is for many still very buggy.

     

    9th edition is the cheapest way to get to the latest content as it should be $20. Buy an Mondains Legacy code from EA and you do not get all the goodies and you pay $30.

     

    That is ea logic... do not offer your latest content on your webpage

     

    Depending on how long you have not played, I would advise a trial account to see if you like it.

    Thats not true you can still play the original 2d client.
