Did you have any characters prior to this though? Not that I'm saying this is acceptable in the least. If not, than... just amazing.

Lol that is quite funny.
Funny not because the OP can't play their purchased game.
Funny because funcom should have been prepared for all these issues so people would take them seriously.

Yeah i did have 2 characters, before i deleted them. One was level 22 and the other was level 10.
I wanted to play other characters but it would'nt let me log in on anyone but my level 22, so i tried to get GM help, i talked to 6 different GM's and they all kept putting me off for other GMs to talk to me till finally i got the balls to try deleting them to see if it fixed my account, because i rather re level then to only play one character forever.
This started yesterday evening, and GM's still havnt done anything to fix this shit, so i guess i was impatient. and probably should of waited before deleting my characters... i just really wanted to try a different class.
