In dire need of new MMORPG

hello all....
imin need of some assistance. im looking for a new MMORPG tospend my time on. i've been playing LI2 and RO for almost 6 years now. im playing WoW now, but i am lvl 70 with most of my alts...waiting for the Linc King to continue my saga. also have GW, which is bit less entertaining than the before mentioned games...( need an acquired taste i guess).
i bought AoC...but im sorry i did for the game is a big desappointment....maybe i didnt look enough into it, or it just isnt my thing.
question is now: which MMORPG should i try next...Tabula rasa? LOTRO ( lookednice...) i have no i-d-e-a...
could u guys shed some light or just tell me about ur opinions or what games are keeping u awake at night and might do the same for me

Vanguard,lotro or ddo is what i have found most fun too play. But its all up to your taste of gameplay. Do you wanna play causual or hardcore?
I'm currently playing www.neosteam.com and as for me it's worthy game maybe u better check it ouT
Based on the Numbers here Agoe of Conan should be your choice but I have enjoyed LOTRO and I think they still have a 9.99 per month special for their anniversary.

i just went to the store n bought LOTRO and am going to try it out a.s. i go home from work. ill let u know how it is. but dont stop posting coz i am goin to check most mentionable games.

you'll have a great time in lord of the rings online at least for a couple of weeks..
I suggest to play the Minstrel, its really something different and one of the key elements that seperates lotro from other mmos, so give it a good go
enjoy your great time in lotro...
and try to make it to level 20 without dying, you will get the "Immortal" title for that... took me a few attempts though..

You first have to decide what you want:
1. Nice game that you can play next 6-12 months and then look for another after everything is done.
LOTRO/EQ2 looks like the best choice here
2. World where you can build your own destiny and live in for the next few years (sandbox gameplay).
Its a bit difficult because there are only EVE and Vanguard released last years. EVE is sci-fi and is not for everyone but its one of the best sandbox games. About fantasy game if not perfect Vanguard is best modern MMORPG from this category. Also Everquest 1 is a great game but its a bit outdated. And finally for me the best MMORPG is still UO - even he is too outdated he have the best sandbox gameplay up to now.
Where themepark games try to hide that they are copying WOW, games like Mortal Online and Darkfall make no attempt to hide their inspiration

The sandbox idea appeals me the most. im closing my pc now and am off home ^^ talk to u from home^^
well ppl, i must say im really glad i bought LOTRO. the game just got me from the start. very ambiant and the story is interesting^^. graphically im not desapointed at all, sound wise its good too...abit to quit sometimes for my taste but stillworth mentioning. the battle animation is abit ...hoe to put it...robotic?...but i can live with that....i intend to keep playing the full 60days i got to see how it evolves and turn out. ill keep you posted till then.
as for AoC......well...no comment.
