A few Questions about Character Templates

I was just curious if say I were to choose a skill and later change my mind... can I dump that skill and try another or am I locked into it ? Say Im a warrior and choose heavy attacks (just an example, no idea about skills) and later realize my fighting style would be suited best for shields... can I switch ?
Also, is there a download that anyone knows of where I can build my toon's template ? There was a really nice one for CoH on a fansite that really helped out. Let you see the skills ahead of time so one could plan ahead.

Yeah, you can clear tallents and pick new ones...
Playing: Vanguard SoH
Played: EQ, Planetside, SWG, WoW, EQ2
Yeah, those are talents though, different from skills. Skills can be untrained as well, and all done without seeing a trainer, all from the skill menu
I'm not sure if this applies to ALL skills, but I have seen the option with most of them.

Talents, Crafting and Resource Gathering Skills can be untrained. Class Trainer Skills and Crafting Recipies cannot be untrained/Learnt.

Wowvault has a really good talent calculator.

This only works with the talents that have been released, and i believe it lets your print them out when you're done!

I forgot you can train additional combat skills so you can use different class weapons. (If your character class allows it) So for examble. Im a mage, and by defualt I heve a weapon skill in using Staffs and wands and Unarmed. Mages may also learn to use daggers and swords.
These skills as well as the others i mentioned previously can be untrained instantly anywhere, anytime by accessing your character profile. And they cost nothing. The skill points that it cost you to train them will be refunded back into your pool.
Talents however, can only be untrained at specific NPC's, typically located near the "leader" of a Race.
Ie, for ORC/TROLL' the NPC is located near Thrall in Ogrimmar.
Untraining Talents is Free also. ( I suspect however, that this is likely to change and it will cost you money come release.)
