I was wondering if anyone knew whether there was a more comprehensive FAQ than just the minimal info on the website..?
Is it just that the info isn't out there?

There's the unofficial FAQ in this thread but it does appear to be a little out of date. More information can be found in the forums but it's a good point, it could probably do with collating. I'll PM Gizban later today and suggest the idea.
In the mean time, if you have any questions, ask away over at the official forums or here - there are plenty of fairly knowledgeable JGE community members lurking here at MMORPG.com (myself included; only just got around to registering) that I'm sure will be more than happy to answer any questions as best they can.
