looks awfull imo..but someone may like it...

    Highly doubt thats the "Harry Potter" game that everyone is waiting for :P, but I gotta say the graphics look good. I'm not a fan of this kind of play but it could interest some people, mainly younger players judging by the information given on the site.

    The gameplay will have to be the attraction here.

    The whole thing about "Harry Potter Online" would have to be like SWG or Star Trek Online: the appeal of living a life in the world of the IP.   If you don't have the environment to support that, you'll run into problems. People come into the game with some preconceptions and if the game doesn't make a good effort at satsifying those expectations, they'll have trouble.

    SWG survives only because of the IP itself...the gameplay is a poor, barely functioning ripoff of WoW.

    CH, Jedi, Commando, Smuggler, BH, Scout, Doctor, Chef, BE...yeah, lots of SWG time invested.

    I meant the graphics look good but the gameplay appears atrocious from what i've seen.

    I dunno, I'll check out a Harry Potter game to see how it is, but right now for the life of me I cannot think of anything the IP offers that will keep people interested more than a month, the IP just seems too limited to me.
